Privacy Policy — MathQuest Adventure

MathQuest Adventure ("the App") is developed and published by Ikshana Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App. We built MathQuest Adventure for children, and we take that responsibility seriously — the App is designed to collect as little information as possible.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not require account creation or sign-in. We do not collect, and the App does not transmit to us, any of the following:

• Names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers
• Precise or approximate location data
• Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera data
• Advertising identifiers or behavioral advertising data

2. Information Stored On Your Device

Game progress — such as completed chapters, in-game currency, and settings (including selected language: English, Spanish, or Hindi) — is stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers and is removed if the App is uninstalled.

3. In-App Purchases

MathQuest Adventure offers one optional one-time in-app purchase ("MathQuest Premium," product ID mathquest_premium, $1.99) that unlocks additional content. All purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information — that data is handled directly by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, so the unlocked content can be applied.

4. Permissions

The App requests the following Android permissions, used solely for the purposes below:

• INTERNET — required to process in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
• BILLING — required to offer the optional MathQuest Premium purchase.

The App does not use these permissions for tracking, analytics, or advertising.

5. Advertising and Analytics

MathQuest Adventure does not display third-party advertisements and does not integrate any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

MathQuest Adventure is designed for children ages 6–10 and is intended to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy. Because we do not collect personal information from any user, including children, no parental consent mechanism is required for data collection. Parents and guardians may contact us at any time using the details below with questions about the App.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. The only data leaving your device is the purchase confirmation exchanged with Google Play Billing described in Section 3.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete. Locally stored game progress can be cleared at any time by clearing the App's data in Android Settings or by uninstalling the App.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
